Pay by credit card
The Get your Ticket button takes you to our ticketing platform. Pick your ticket type, enter the attendee details, and pay by credit card. Your confirmation and receipt arrive by email straight after checkout.
Pay by invoice
Many companies and public institutions need an invoice up front — for purchasing approval, budget release, or bank transfer. We support that path.
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Ticket type and number of tickets
- Attendee names — "to be confirmed" is fine if names are not final yet
- Billing entity, full billing address, e-mail and VAT or tax ID
- Purchase order or reference number, if your accounting needs one
We issue the invoice to you. Payment by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date. Tickets are confirmed via link once payment clears.

Global South tickets
We're making a limited amount of sponsored tickets available, to enable people from the Global South to participate in the conference.
Eligibility
To qualify for a subsidised ticket, an applicant must:
- be resident in a country on the World Bank low-, lower-middle, or upper-middle-income economies list (https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519);
- not be employer-sponsored for full-price attendance (self-declared)
- commit to attending at least three conference days.
Please send an email to [email protected], to confirm your country of residence, your employment status and your commitment to attend at least 3 conference days.
Visa
We can help you with your visum application, but you will need to move fast. The conference is already at the end of September. Reach out to [email protected] to obain an invitation letter for the conference.
