Timo Stollenwerk is a Plone release manager and the principal author of the Plone REST API, the foundation of Plone’s headless architecture. His work on the REST API and Plone core has helped shape the architecture of the CMS today.

Timo is the founder and CEO of kitconcept. With more than 2,700 merged pull requests over the past five years, kitconcept is the largest contributor to Plone core. Under his leadership, the company has delivered large-scale Plone implementations for organizations including the German Aerospace Center (DLR), Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ), and several German federal institutions.

He is a regular speaker at Plone and open source conferences, focusing on Plone’s technical direction and the role of open source content management at enterprise scale.
