Every morning starts with the same wish: "Have a nice and productive day!" Yet somehow the day often turns into a parade of changing requirements, misunderstood tickets, unexpected bugs, last-minute deployments, and the occasional "it works on my machine." Through a series of humorous, exaggerated scenes inspired by real Plone projects, we'll explore the everyday challenges between developers, project managers, and QA. After each scene, we'll discuss practical techniques that helped our team communicate better, reduce friction, and make projects run more smoothly. This talk isn't about blaming roles—it's about understanding each other's perspectives and finding simple ways to make collaboration more productive. Expect laughs, familiar situations, and hopefully a few ideas you'll take back to your own team.
